# Missing scopes for videoconferencing extension API

Sending requests to the settings endpoints of the videoconferencing extension API gives me the following error:

_The scope needed for this API call isn’t available for public use. If you have questions, contact support or post in our developer forum._

The app-Id as well as the Developer API key are set.

Which scopes are required to be set for accessing this API?

Hey, @TL31 👋 Can you conform that your [**videoconference settings**](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/extensions/video-conferencing#:~:text=Fetch%20video%20conference%20extension%20settings) are set up correctly? You can use GET /crm/v3/extensions/videoconferencing/settings/{appId} which should return a 200 response along with its details.

Hi [@Jaycee\_Lewis](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127074), the suggested endpoint gives me the same error as described above.

The app id is set, the developer api key is set and I also use the access token as bearer token in my request to GET /crm/v3/extensions/videoconferencing/settings/{appId}.
