I’m an admin in HS CRM, and also have Sales Pro installed. I have no menu view to “enable CRM Features,” as your directions suggest. The imagery you sent, doesn’t even apply to what we see on our screens. We have no explanation as to why some of us can use Teamwork’s integration to create tasks, and others cannot. Please help.
