# Missing content from CRM

I am missing a bunch of content in my notes for many of my clients, some I am missing years of data others only like a year and some is currect and ok , can I get help on where is my data and how and why this happened PLEASE

Just to rule out the obvious, are you looking at an unfiltered record timeline? [Filter activity index pages and record timelines](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-activities-on-a-contact-company-deal-ticket-record-timeline)
