# Missing access to file manager

I’m using the free version and you were able to access the file management through Marketing \> Email. In the left sidebar menu, click More tools \> Files. However, since the update to the email system, you can no longer access it. Any ideas on how to access this now? There is only one outdated article on this detailing the outdated solution [Manage individual file details](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/files/organize-edit-and-delete-files)

Hi @JRutland92, in the new navigation, you can find Files here:

You can also use this link and replace the numbers at the end with your portal ID:
