Can you help us on our email migration. we upgraded from google business standard to google enterprise. same email address but its like new account. After doing the migration we check that our email status has reopened.

What are you looking into specifically, please? The deliverability of the emails? The sender email address used for emails sent in HubSpot?

If you migrated your email accounts using SMTP, it is possible that the date and time could be overwritten with the date and the time of the migraiton. If so, you would see the date and time of the migraiton in HubSpot.
The preferred method for the migraiton to Google Workspace Enterprise would be to use the Google API or the Google Workspace Migraiton tool. When you do this, you can set the preferred timestamp for retention of your emails.

Welcome to the Community @JBustamante. I’m not sure I totally understand what you’re asking, nor how switching from Google standard to Goolge enterprise would affect your HubSpot email sending, but I’d start here:
- Connect your personal email (each user for 1:1 email sending via Gmail or HubSpot)
- Manage your email authentication (for marketing email sending)
If it’s a Google question, I’d check oujt their documentation.
Hi @BérangèreL and danmoyle here is the screenshot one of the email that migrated from google business standard to google enterprise.
And here is the hubspot counterpart
As you can see, the Gmail record shows it was sent on March 1, 2024, while the HubSpot counterpart indicates August 12, 2025.
To confirm, the email was indeed sent on March 1, 2024.
