Great question, thank you for reaching out to the Community for this!
From what I can see in this documentation, it seems that with custom fields mapping, you could use the “tags” for contacts. For that you would need to first create a custom property in HubSpot and then map these 2 properties together.
I’ll be happy to put you in contact with some of our Community Members who are using Capsule.
I’d also like to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation.
Hi @nickdkrs, @OLukavetska, @jolle, @louischausse and @GreyHamilton can you think of other ways to migrate the tags associated with each contact from Capusule into HubSpot, please?
