I synced our Capsule and HubSpot accounts and successfully migrated our 3,000 contacts (you can teach an old dog new tricks). Now, is there anyway to migrate the tags associated with each contact? I understand that HubSpot doesn’t have tags, just wondering if there was a not too terribly complicated work-around.

Great question, thank you for reaching out to the Community for this!
From what I can see in this documentation, it seems that with custom fields mapping, you could use the “tags” for contacts. For that you would need to first create a custom property in HubSpot and then map these 2 properties together.
I’ll be happy to put you in contact with some of our Community Members who are using Capsule.
I’d also like to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation.

Thank you. I’m afraid I haven’t figured out how to do custom field mapping so that Capsule tags line up with HubSpot custom properties. Has anyone done this?
