Hi,

I have a WordPress site that uses Ninja forms for lead capture, which is connected to HubSpot. However, I now have Marketing Hub and would like to migrate these forms to HubSpot forms, to better track leads and optimise the pages for conversion.

Is this possible?

Hi [@Fran\_10](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/271622),

Yes, you can follow these steps to [re-create your Ninja forms as HubSpot forms](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/create-forms). You could then [embed them using the HTML code](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/how-can-i-share-a-hubspot-form-if-im-using-an-external-site). Alternatively, you can [create forms with the HubSpot WordPress plugin](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/install-the-hubspot-wordpress-plugin).

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
