Does anyone have any clear steps on how to migrate podcast from Captivate to Hubspot, following the download and import of all audio files from Captivate into Hubspot.
Hi @DBoroi5, I hope that you are well!
Thank you for asking the Community!
I have checked for you and in HubSpot you can manually create a new podcast but I don’t see any possibility at the moment of importing podcasts in bulk.
For new feature suggestions, I’d recommend first to search and check if this idea is already present on our Ideas Forum here. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.
If the idea doesn’t exist already, please consider posting and creating a new Idea on our Ideas Forum here.
Also, I’d love to invite our Top Experts to this discussion: Hi @trevordjones, @danmoyle and @Crystal_Hopper do you and/or your customers use Captivate podcasts?
If yes, have you proceeded with a migration and/or import of these podcasts into HubSpot?
Or can you think of an integration that would connect both platform? Or a way to migrate the podcasts, please?
Thanks so much and have a great day!
Best,
Bérangère
Hi @DBoroi5! Are you on Content HubSpot Pro and trying to use the Podcast app within Content Hub?
I do not currently have this feature but you might find more assistance if you can tell us what subscription level you’re on.
While I do not use Captivate or Content Hub, I wanted to offer a possible solution. If you have the transcription of your podcasts and can turn that into a blog, then the Hubspot Blog Narration can be podcast-esque.
I know a podcast is usually well branded and this isn’t ideal. But working within the lower-tier boundaries, it could be a potential workaround.
Also, you should hop over to the Ideas board and search for Podcast to see what other users are saying about it:
