My integration with META overwrites contact information when the same email address comes from different forms. The issue is that if a lead came in last month through Campaign X and now sees my Campaign Y, and they complete that new form, the information gets overwritten and the lead is not counted as a new one. I need it to be treated as a new lead so the team can manage it… please help.
Hi @ischiloff, thanks for your question.
Let’s check with our experts:
Hi @JuanGomez0818, @Lucila-Andimol, @ajubete, @Gilempert, does anyone happen to have a suggestion for @ischiloff?
Thanks to everyone for contributing.
On the other hand, @ischiloff, I found this question in the English forums, which is why I moved it to the Spanish ones. To prevent this from happening again, I recommend changing the language in the top left corner to Spanish, so you can always post your questions in this language ![]()

Hi @ischiloff, after looking into this, it is not possible in HubSpot to have different contacts with the same email address. For HubSpot, the email address is a unique identifier, as having multiple identical contacts would start filling up your marketing contact space with incorrect information, which is not very advisable.
I would suggest that you create the following:
An active list with the different forms you have in your campaign, and from those lists, create a workflow that sends an internal notification to your team every time there is a new contact in each of the lists. On the other hand, you can always view the contact activity in their profile and observe each of the submitted forms.
I hope this helps. Best regards.
