Meta Lead synching disconnects after 2-3 days

Meta Lead Ads Page connections are consistently removed 24–72 hours after successful authorization, even when authenticated by the Page-owning Business Manager using a personal Facebook profile. Lead forms are not modified.

Welcome to the Community @RFlume! Sorry you’re experiencing this. I imagine it’s frustrating. The silver lining (maybe?) is that it’s not a YOU thing, most likely. I found a thread on Reddit comfirming that you’re not alone. It also looks like it may not be isolated to just lead ads, but also include the social tool in HubSpot.

According to what I’m seeing in these conversations, it looks like a shared background re‑auth / token‑refresh bug in the Meta ↔ HubSpot bridge (possibly on both Meta’s and HubSpot’s sides), rather than a permissions setup mistake on every single account.

Here’s where I’d start with troubleshooting:

  • In HubSpot: Go to Settings > Marketing > Ads > Lead syncing tab; disconnect the page, then reconnect and select “All leads” sync timeframe.
  • In Facebook Business Settings: Verify page admin (“Everything” toggled), Leads Access assignment, and asset ownership alignment.
  • Refresh Facebook integrations: Log into the personal profile, confirm all HubSpot permissions, and test reconnection.
  • Monitor for errors silently (no HubSpot notifications), and consider if managed accounts trigger auto-revocation.

Then I’d suggest contacting HubSpot support with screenshots of permissions and connection logs, plus references to your community post and that Reddit for escalation, as it seems to be a somewhat common January 2026 issue.
