Meta Lead Ads: an active form with 3 leads does not appear in HubSpot Lead Sync

Hi,

I have connected the Facebook page “Asesora exclusiva de Seguros y Ahorro” to HubSpot.

The CRM connected in Meta is HubSpot, and lead access is correctly configured.

I have a Meta form named:

“Solicitud de seguro | Nuevos + actuales | Sep 2026-copy”

This form is active and currently has 3 leads registered in Meta.

However, in HubSpot → Marketing → Ads → Lead Sync → my Facebook page, this form does not appear among the synced forms. Only four other forms are shown.

I have already:

  • verified that HubSpot is the CRM connected in Meta;
  • checked lead access;
  • confirmed that the 3 leads exist in Meta;
  • disconnected and reconnected the page in HubSpot;
  • rechecked the synced forms.

The form still does not appear.

Can anyone let me know how to get HubSpot to detect/sync this existing form? I do not want to create or duplicate another form; I need to fix the sync for the current form.

I came across this Community post, which references a similar issue to that one that you’re experiencing. I’d like to tag in the author of that accepted solution in that post here to see if he has any recommendations for us!

When Meta has leads and HubSpot Lead Sync only lists other forms for the same page, reconnect rarely fixes the missing form by itself.

What I’d check next (before cloning the form):

1) In Meta, confirm the exact form id / name on the live ad (copied forms often keep a new id while the ad still looks “the same”).
2) In HubSpot → Marketing → Ads → Lead Sync, list every form HubSpot knows for that page and compare ids, not just display names.
3) Re-auth the Ads / lead access grant (not only disconnect the Facebook page).
4) Wait for a form-index refresh; some portals lag on newly created or renamed forms.

Avoid duplicating the form just to force sync. That usually splits reporting and leaves the original permanently orphaned.

If you’ve recovered a missing form without a clone, what step actually made it appear?
