When I send an email in Outlook, I’m given the option of Message tools, see below, where I can select or unselect what to associate with the email. My co-worker doesn’t get these Message Tools. He just gets the Contact Information if he clicks into the CRM. What does my co-worker need to click on his settings to get the Message Tools?
Hey @NMunoz

Hi Jigar -
I’m actually looking for a way to disassociate some objects from the e-mail. For example, if we have 3 deals going with one contact, and I want the e-mail to be associated with one specific deal, my co-worker isn’t getting the opportunity to make that choice, but I do.
I’m having the same issue with one of my coworkers. Are there any fixes yet?
