Hey @FDellaBianca, to merge more than two records, you will either have to use the API or upgrade to OpsHub. The standard Salesforce plans only allow you to merge manually, one set of two-record duplicates at a time.
You should also check out automatic deduplication features, which can help prevent duplicates from building up over time.
Also wanted to mention that Insycle can help with this. Full disclosure, I work for Insycle as a marketer. But Insycle allows you to merge in bulk, with an unlimited number of duplicates per group. So instead of viewing each duplicate record one by one, you could merge a group of say 5, or 10 duplicates at once. Which sounds like a lot, but can be pretty common if you have multiple integrations creating records in your CRM.
