Hi. I have loads of duplett contact due to a linkedin scraping, but many of these contacts have private email addresses that I do not with so use. Can i delete e.g. gmail.com addresses at bulk or set rules for mergings?

Yes, HubSpot has features for manual deduplication, checking contacts one by one: Deduplicate records in HubSpot
If you want to run this automatically, you would have to look into third party solutions like Insycle, integrating with HubSpot: HubSpot Data Standardization & Cleansing | Insycle
