Menu Not Displaying Properly on Mobile Devices

I’m experiencing an issue with our website, onsigroup.com. On mobile devices, the “Compliance Training Courses” menu tab doesn’t display all of its items. Specifically, the “Events” and its sub-menu items are missing, while the “Onsi University” and its sub-menu items show up correctly.

I reached out to HubSpot Support, and they suggested that the issue might be related to the website’s template.

What I’ve tried so far:

  1. Checked the menu settings in HubSpot to ensure everything is correctly configured.
  2. Cleared cache and tested on multiple mobile devices and browsers, confirming the issue persists.

I’d appreciate any guidance on how to debug this issue or modify our template to fix the menu behavior on mobile devices.

Hi @alexarios,

It appears that the theme you are using does not support the mega menu on the mobile version. Instead, it hides the mega menu and displays the navigation menu from your HubSpot navigation menu settings.

You can double-check your HubSpot navigation menu settings and add the missing menus. Navigate to ‘Hubspot settings > Content > Navigation Menus’, find the main menu that your site uses, and check if there’s a missing item for ‘Events’.
