Hi all! My co-worker would like to find out if we can easily acknowledge a mention. (Sort of like we do when we like a text or quick outlook email acknowledgement thumbs up). As of now, I see we can reply in the text box with a comment or emoji but is the simple thumbs up feature available?

No, this is not possible, commenting with an emoji is currently the best option.
This would be a nice feature to have indeed and you could request it in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community which is reviewed by the product team.
