When a person fills out a form on a normal page in order to register and get access to private content, he/she will be sent out a registration email asking him/her to create a password.

But what happens if a person doesn’t click this email and create a password? How can we automatically remind these people that they have not finished their registration process? Any ideas?

I tried to create a workflow sending an email directing them to a page at [https://edellakavijat.vere.fi/\_hcms/mem/register](https://edellakavijat.vere.fi/_hcms/mem/register) but obviously it doesn’t work.

Hi [@jenni\_vere](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/91288)

It looks like something should be possible using the [Private Content Access Properties](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/hubspots-default-contact-properties#private-content-access-properties) on the contact object, maybe using Regsitered at is unknown? Have you tried that?

Hope this helps.
