Hi, I’m looking how set up an automation of a membership expiration date when a contact has renewed its membership? So far the new expiration date is not automatically update and needs to be added manually.
The expiration date is currently set up as a contact property, but also needs to be visible on the company property.

Do you have a calculation for the expiration date? You may be able to set this up with a custom calculation property. Then, I would recommend a sync property to make it visible on the company.

Hi @kennedyp thank you for your help! I tried to follow the steps in the article you linked, but in the expiration date property its set on date picker, and I cant modify it as its used for many records already. Do you know how I can modify settings from there?

Hey @SHillebrand! At this time, if a property is being used, it cannot be edited. If you want to edit an existing field used by objects or reports, It is recommended to export all information and remove the field from any other tools, then clear values, make changes, and re-import.
I am curious about which article you followed and what you are trying to change with that field. Can you clarify what you are trying to change?
