My organization uses MemberCenter to manage our memberships in Hubspot.
I’m trying to create an active list that will autoupdate that we can use to email all our current members. I set the Member Center: Member Status filter for contains any of ‘current.’ But it only added a small percentage of our members whose membe status is current to the list.

It sounds like there might be an issue with how the filter is set up or with the data itself. First, double-check that the “MemberCenter: Member Status” property is labeled exactly as ‘current’ without any variations. Also, ensure there’s no delay in data sync between MemberCenter and HubSpot. If everything seems correct and the problem persists, consider reaching out to MemberCenter support for further assistance.
