Hello,
I want to create a report counting the number of meetings held that where created through a meeting scheduler link. I am using the “Meeting source” property, but I was hoping someone could advice on which values are the proper ones for meetings that originate from the schedulers.
Ive only added these ones, the other option dont make too much sense to me, but Id appreciate any clarifications!
Hi @galvanA81,
Those selections are correct!
There aren’t any official documentations on this but I would expect:
- CRM UI - meeting created from a record in HubSpot
- Integration - meeting created through a tool like Calendly
- Meeting created from a proposed time - user created proposed time link, contact booked through this link
- Meeting created on calendar from CRM - this one’s a bit ambiguous and seems like a duplicate of CRM UI to me, there’s probably a slight technical nuance, definitely not a meeting link
- Meeting synced from calendar to CRM - meeting originates from Google Calendar or Outlook
- Meetings (Embedded) - meeting link that’s embedded through the HTML code on a web page
- Meetings (Public) - meeting link that is shared directly, without embedding, like the one in my signature
- Manual logging from calendar - retroactively logging a meeting on a record
- Adhoc Notetaker - created from HubSpot’s notetaking tool
Best regards
