Hey @FranzP, thanks for reaching out!
To confirm, are you saying that meetings that you schedule on your Google Calendar don’t automatically appear on the contact record in HubSpot? If so, you need to schedule meetings through your HubSpot Meetings links in order for them to automatically be added to the contact record in HubSpot (or you need to manually log them). HubSpot won’t allow users to book meetings through your HubSpot Meetings scheduling link during blocked off times on your Google Calendar (if you already have a meeting scheduled), but they won’t automatically bring those meetings into HubSpot since they weren’t created through HubSpot. Here is an article that can help: Troubleshoot calendar availability for meetings
If you’re having issues with meetings that you’re scheduling through the HubSpot Meetings link, I have some additional thoughts below!
Disconnecting and reconnecting the integration is definitely a solid troubleshooting step. I know you mentioned that you’re seeing this across HubSpot accounts — is it not working for any user or just specific users? And have all users disconnected and reconnected their calendars individually?
I’m wondering if something changed with the Google account settings at your workplace. Are you able to see if IT made any permission or security updates?
Honestly, I think your best bet is to open a ticket with HubSpot Support. If you’re able to provide the names of affected users, any screenshots of the issue, and the devices/browsers that you’re using, they should be able to help you troubleshoot further and connect with your IT team, if needed.
Hope this helps!!
