Abolutely agree with this. We have templates, snipits, sequences all of which enable sales people to move quickly though the process with out having to draft an email they may send several times a day/week/month. Same goes for meetings. Typically there are only a couple meeting types for any company. presently setting up a meeting with a contact requires you to go and copy and paste the same template used for each meeting. It would make the process much easier if a template was availbile formated with the required information
