This is a major pain for anyone we try to set up a handoff process. People just opt to use the meeting link instead because it’s at least consistent. The best solution I’ve come up with is a snippet you can put into the body of the meeting text while scheduling, then copy / paste info from the body into the other areas so at least everything is spelled consistently and in the same format. That doesn’t set the meeting type or the location though which has to be done manually every time.
