Meeting setting to only allow appointments on hour or half hour

Hi - I only want people to be able to book meetings with me starting on the hour or half hour. Based on the current settings available, if something on my calendar ends at 11:45am I have to create a 15 minute ‘calendar fix’ appointment so that Hubspot offers the starting times I want for the rest of that afternoon. It would be great if I could just select a setting that only allowed appointments to start at :00 or :30. Many thanks!

adding some additional context here, as I’ve talked with HS support folks a
few times at this point: it turns out the workaround of adding 15 minute
‘calendar fix’ appointments is only a partial solution. Hubspot is also
factoring in the meeting buffer time - for example if you have your buffer
time set to 24 hours and someone happens to click on your link at an odd
time (like 11:12 am) they may only be shown appointment slots that start
exactly 24 hours away - i.e. starting at 11:15am the next day, even if all
the appointments on your calendar end at an even time. So it’s a bigger
problem than just keeping your calendar cleaned up unfortunately, and I
hope there’s a fix soon!

I specifically added zero buffer time and it still starts meetings at 11:15/11:45 etc if one person selects it earlier in the day. This should be an easy fix for hubspot. Time to fix this major annoyance!

Fully agree, thtat this MUST be fixed by Hubspot. All major booking systems has had this feature for years.

All my client sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes, and many of them are booked weeks to months in advance, so I cannot fix it by adjusting my calendar on the same day. The meetings tool generates available slots every 15 minutes (:00, :15, :30, :45). This creates costly unusable gaps in my schedule and breaks my capacity planning becasue it reduces the number of clients I can serve in a day. I.e. directly impacts my butoom line.

Requested feature

  • An option on each scheduling page to control the start‑time increments or allowed minutes for bookings.
  • For example:
    • Choose allowed start minutes: [x] :00, [x] :30, [ ] :15, [ ] :45
    • Or choose a slot grid: 30‑minute grid vs 15‑minute grid, etc.
  • When enabled, the embedded booking widget and standalone meetings link should only offer those start times to visitors.
