It would be great to see date-specific hours added to HubSpot’s meeting scheduler. We recently moved away from Calendly to bring our scheduling functionality into HubSpot, and the date-specific hours feature is one we miss most from Calendly.
It essentially acts as an override to the hours set in a meeting’s ‘Availability Window’. If standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 PM, but we want to have reduced hours on a holiday Monday or during a team event, it would allow us to select a specific date (or date range) from a calendar selector and set different (non-standard) hours for that date only. Ideally, this functionality could also be team-member specific, even within a Round-Robin or Group meeting.
While this can currently be controlled by setting ‘blocks’ in Outlook calendars, it means the block applies to every meeting type a person is assigned to, and also clutters up their Calendar unnecessarily. There are times when we want to limit some meeting types on certain dates but not others. Date-specific hours provide far more granular control over availability.
