For the longest time we would be able to send a meeting request to a customer and it would save the information so if I open the “meeting” tab again all the information from my previous request was saved. This was very beneficial when we had to send multiple meeting requests back to back. It seems this feature is no longer available and has forced my team to go back to Outlook to send these meeting reuqests. The downside to going back to Outlook is you lose access to all the great features of meetings though HubSpot such as the reminders, being able to use snippets in the “info” field and so much more.
Please bring this feature back!!
