Our Sales team need to send different email reminders when a prospect booked a meeting through hubspot meeting link. This feature will have an impact to reduce the no-show rates…

No puedo creer que esta idea se haya expuesto hace ya 3 años y aún no tenga respuesta ´por parte de Hubspot, es algo básico y se está desperdiciando esta funcionalidad por este simple hecho.
this is 100% needed. I would almost consider this table stakes to just stay in the competitive CRM marketplace

We are really satisfied with Hubspot. But it is really weak that there is not even this email reminder feature, a bit disappointing. We could simplify our processes enormously and the team would work more efficiently. I’m looking forward to an update soon, otherwise we’ll have to look for another CRM.
Very much needed. Also when you’re creating the meeting from your calendar. Ideally I would like to set the meeting type from there as well and depending on the meeting type selected, I want to sent different reminder e-mails.
