I want to easily be able to track and report on the quality of my meetings so would really like the ability to add properties against Activities - at the moment we are stuck with the pre-set fields.
This is my use case:
My BD team create the initial/ intro meeting for my field based sales team. The field sales person sits the meeting and then either runs with the opp or qualifies it out. Whilst we are using meeting outcomes (qualified out/ progressing etc) and create opps for every meeting to track meeting through to opp to win progression what would be great is a simple visual in the form of a propery field that allows my sales person to rate the quality of the meeting - in the form of stars or 5/5 drop down or something really simple, along with perhaps a notes box to validate the rating if its low?
It would be useful to be able to report on this to show BD A get 5/5 every meeting for example as a measure of success and how satisified my sales team are on the quality of their appointments.
Is anyone else doing anything like this - whats the work around currently
Its a really good idea, we want to rate the performance of our BDR team and the quality of meetings they generate for my sales team. We cant do that currently, its a real pain.
adding rating capability would be great for specific meeting types

This is one of our more urgent requirements and even HS customer support has previously directed to this thread.

There’s tool out there that you could leverage to do this, right? I’m thinking e.g. ratemymeeting.co. You might just need to get creative with the workflow for this specific use case.
