Meeting Links that “know” their own ticket id.
It would be really handy if, when inside a ticket, I drop a meeting link, it dynamically adds “?ticket_id = 333333” to the URL.
So like: https://meetings.hubspot.com/slartibarfast226/quick-meeting?ticket_id = 333333
Then the appointment-creation page would also “know” the ticket ID, and associate any meeting created there with that ticket.
CURRENTLY:
I have to hunt down the meeting link by starting from my calendar, copying the client’s email, finding that client’s email in Hubspot, and manually associating it with the correct ticket. If the ticket isn’t already in the Association dropdown, I also have to find the ticket’s name in a separate window in order to perform this manual association.
