Meeting link "Insert Proposed time" limitation

Hi all!

I noticed the that “Insert Proposed time” option is not available all across the program, nor the app. May I ask why? It is very important to be out and about and to be able to send meetings to person with YOUR available times.

My boss per say, has several email accounts and his calendar comes from many providers, hence using the already setup Meeting link, whereas a customer request a meeting - will not work because his schedule might be busy from another calendar.

I can only use it in a Contact and when sending an email and there attach the link. But I cannot use it in the Inbox, nor on the app of the phone.

I’d appreciate if someone has some feedback on this!

Hi @JJarell I don’t have an answer for you as to why it’s this way…what I can say is that the “Insert Proposed Time” feature is new to Emails (both in HubSpot and Gmail/Outlook extension).

My guess is that this is just the first phase of the rollout and it will be a feature added to the app soon. A lot of new features aren’t immediately available in the app.

With that, I suggest you add the idea here so others can upvote and bring it to the attention of the App product managers.

I agree with @JJarell the proposed times feature is needed in the “inbox” section as well. I am hoping this is added soon.
