HubSpot friends I need some insights in regards of meeting links.

I have created a meeting link while connecting 2 calendars:

- My personal one (that has some time slots blocked off)

- A separate one (that one is still empty meaning I’m available 100% of the time)

Let’s say I have time blocked off in my personal calendar from 09.00 - 10.00 every morning. But on the SECOND Calendar that time slot is still available. Can I set it up in a way that people can still book time with me from 09.00 - 10.00? Because HubSpot blocks off this time slot now.
I’m hoping there is somewhat of an easy fix instead of playing around with multiple meeting links / users whatever.

Hi [@Poki](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/899729)

HubSpot’s meeting tool, like many others, works based of free/busy information of the meetings in your calendar. Based on what you said there are two options:

1. If the personal calendar has only blockers, ignore it and simply use the work calender for people to book meetings.
2. If the personal calendar has a mix of blockers and actual appointments that you don’t want someone to double-book, start setting them to free or busy as needed and use a group meeting link that checks both your personal and business calendar for availability.
