Madison, this is not working for me. Is the email management tool a specific feature in Hubspot? I couldn’t find that and have been using the Edit Template tool in Hubspot. I highlighted all of the text and selected the Sans Serif and font size, and I am still seeing the font change below in standard template text:
Also, different fonts here between token and standard text:
I also do not have a preview tool, and my interface appears to all be the same font, but in my inbox / outbox shows the differential.
