Mass updating email urls?

Hello! I’m wondering if there is a way to mass update email URLs? One of our clients who we have 200+ contacts for in the database rebranded recently and their email url changed (ex. the emails went from abc.com to xyz.com). Is there a way, either leveraging workflows or mass selecting, to update all the emails at once?

Hi @KimFrew,

Your quickest and safest option would be the following:

  1. Export contacts.
  2. Update domains in Excel or Sheets, using search/replace.
  3. Remove all columns from file but “Record ID” and “Email”.
  4. Re-import contacts while mapping the record ID column.

HubSpot will update the records with the new email address based on the record ID.
