Mass Update Marketing Email Sender

My company provides HubSpot services to a business that has been using HubSpot for many years. They have multiple automated email campaigns that are being sent from a user who is no longer with the company. Is there some way to change all instances of marketing emails with User A to User B, or at the very least create a report or view that can show all the marketing emails that have User A.

I’ve looked through all the report options, and marketing email options, and have seen this question asked with no luck. It seems insane to me if this isn’t a feature. Any advice?

Hi @RGarofalo,

There aren’t any bulk editing features for marketing email assets in HubSpot but you can easily get an overview of all emails sent from a specific from name / from address by navigating to Menu > Marketing > Marketing Email > Export:

You’ll get a spreadsheet which you can filter accordingly.
