Mass Editing for Line Items

All our clients have unique ID numbers, and my line items have a custom property where I enter this ID number plus a unique suffix for each item, so all my individual line items have a unique identifier.

Any ideas out there for a way I could make use of this situation to update the Quantity of many line items at once?
