Being able to mass edit and delete contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects is very helpful, and it would be nice to be able to filter list views and mass delete and edit for activities and meetings as well. You could filter based on date, user, activity type, meeting/call type, meeting/call outcome, etc. This would be super helpful for CRM maintenance and cleanup. I would picture this as an option in the dropdown to select Tasks or Meetings as Objects (alongside Contacts, Deals, Companies, etc) to select property filters and mass edit/delete.

Hi There - is the ability to mass delete meetings a functionality? We’ve been duplicating meetings because of a Calendly Integration and Zoom integration. I have a CSV of all the meetings needing to be deleted, I’m just not sure how to import.

Thank you!

Yes, needed. We are trying to do some cleanup and it would be great to filter emails by users and do a mass delete

Hello!

I’m Melissa, the Product Manager for Meetings here at HubSpot!

I’m happy to share that bulk deleting and bulk editing are supported for both Meetings and Tasks via their index pages in the CRM! Just navigate to CRM \> Meetings or CRM \> Tasks, select the checkboxes beside any that you wish to delete/edit and then select “Delete” or “edit” at the top of the table!

 ![Screenshot 2026-07-10 at 4.11.26 PM](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/2/e/2ef87d86a70b4c94a4989aaf1e4804c3e6164b51.png)

You can also configure any filters on the index page to narrow down which records you are viewing in order to make bulk-actioning easier.

Thanks!

Melissa
