We subscribed to the Marketing Starter. The website calls out numerous features that are allegedly included like creating email templates and previewing in multiple devices that are clearly not available in our Hubspot system.

Anyone else seeing these inconsistencies in features inluded on the website and what is actually in the system?

Hi @Stevishere,

The product catalog doesn’t explicitly mention the feature to preview emails on different devices, only that emails are generally optimized automatically for different devices (which they are, HubSpot does a great job at that).

This preview feature is only available in Marketing and CMS Hub Professional and Enterprise, see the info box at the beginning of this article: [Preview marketing emails for specific email clients](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-can-i-optimize-my-email-for-mobile-devices)

If you spot other inconsistencies, feel free to share. Generally I’ve found the website to be accurate.

Best regards!
