Hi @SHiggs, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! There are a couple of things we can try: - Do you have the right permissions in your HubSpot account? Additionally to the Marketing permissions, you would also need the “edit website” permissions, which you can find [on the _Account_ tab in Settings.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#account) - Has the blog been set up correctly? You can [check this Knowledge base article](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/blog/create-a-new-blog) to see if you have completed all the steps. - This might be a caching issue: have you tried completing this step in a different browser or [deleting your cookies & cache](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/cos-general/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache)? Hi Mia, Thank you for sending these ideas through. 1. My access seems to be fine, with edit access in ‘Account’ settings. 2. I have followed the steps in the knowledge centre 3. Finally, I have tried using a different browser I am still experiencing the same issue and really want to complete this course as I have passed the exam 😞 ---

@SHiggs thank you for the screenshot! I’ve checked with our Academy team and it is not required to set up a blog in order to complete the HubSpot Marketing Software Blog exercise. You just need to create a blog post, so let’s just confirm that you did the following in your account: 1. Click on “Create” on _Marketing \> Website \> Blog_. If you don’t have a drop-down option there that’s alright. ![]() 2. Choose a template. 3. Hi @SHawkins4, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! There are 2 things we can check: - Do you have the right permissions in your HubSpot account? Additionally to the Marketing permissions, you would also need the “edit website” permissions, which you can find [on the _Account_ tab in Settings.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#account) A super admin in your account can make changes to your user permissions. - You’re not required to set up a blog for the purpose of this exercise, you just need to create a single blog post. If you navigate to _Marketing \> Website \> Blog,_ please click on “Create” in the top right corner and not “Set up a blog”. I hope this helps! Mia ---

Hello, I created a blog post - but it shows up as a landing page - trying to finish my certificate. The page is at: [Content Details | HubSpot](https://app.hubspot.com/content-detail/19560337/landing-page/47495985001/performance) does this qualify has a blog post?
