Operating on an even smaller market (Sweden) makes me worried a bit on the pace of the market rollout for your SMS services.
We are currently using Zapier to integrate to our own SMS provider but it sure has it limitaitons. The strenght would be to infuse it within HubSpot where a lot of customer facing communication already exist.
Just an idea… couldn’t you make your SMS service available for any sms provider via integration? You seem to have built a solid solution today powered by Twillio (in US and Canada), and maybe if you opened it up for more vendors you could actually get all your global markets to solve the roll-out for you.
With that said, Twillio offers their SMS service in 180+ countries today so might be a solid partner enough if only more market would be added?
Maybe paus the “AI stuff” on the product backlog a bit and look into “global market enablers”?
