I’m a bit confused about my “Pro” 14-Day trial. I started it on August 27, 2026 and today, Sep 3, 2026, the trial status indicator in the lower left under the navigation shows I only have 5 days left. It should be 7 days, right? I recall noticing it a few days ago and it was correct. I’m not sure what’s going on. Please help

I was able to check your account and confirmed your trial was activated on August 25th and ends on September 8th. The message you received appears correct as it you currently have 5 days left on your trial.
