Hello,

is it possible to choose whether you are a man or a woman?

is it also possible to add a multiple selection in the form to narrow down the topic the customer is interested in?

Hi @FGehrmann,

Both can be achieved by creating custom contact properties: [Create and edit properties](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/manage-your-properties)

Once created, these will show up in the left sidebar of the forms editor and can be used as form fields.
