I have a recurring webinar in Zoom (monthly), and all occurrences sync to a single HubSpot Marketing Event. When I try to isolate attendees from one specific session — using the event name and date filters for Marketing Events — not all attendees show up.
This means I have to manually export the attendee list from Zoom and upload it to HubSpot for every single occurrence.
HubSpot support has told me there are no current plans to update the sync logic so that attendance data is populated in a way that allows us to see all attendances by occurrence date within a recurring webinar series.
Feature request: For recurring webinars synced to a single Marketing Event, bring in attendance data in a way that lets us see and filter/segment by individual occurrence date — not just the series as a whole.
