1- There should be an “Invited” segment for any event (can be created in Segments). Then this segment could be used for email marketing & workflows.
2- Currently the only way to add attendees is through a manual import, this is a hassle and caused some issues on 2 attendees.
3- In a marketing event, in the “Event Participation” section, it shows an option for “No Shows” but there’s no way for me to actually change a status to No Show, or manually import a list with that as a column.
Completely agree with this - very confused as to why Invited/ Invitees is not an option by default as this is the first element of the process and important to have for reporting purposes. To be honest would be nice to have the ability just to associat contacts with an event then have a status against them rather than having to attach segments in a not-to-helpful way - this would make it much easier for our users to follow what has been happening and who has been invited, whose accepted etc.
