Hi,

I would like to get some support releted to Marketing Events API.

While making Get request to the endpoint: ‘[https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/](https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/)’

I receive ‘Error 405 Method Not Allowed’,

however Post request to the same endpoint works well.

I am using priver app acces token as an authentication method.

Any idea why I get the error?

Thanks in advance ))

Hey, @lstepany 👋 Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, you are using the [Marketing Events API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/marketing/marketing-events) endpoints, correct? If so, there is not a GET [https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/](https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/) endpoint in the documentation. The endpoint you linked to can be used to _create_ a new marketing event. If you want to list specific events, you need to use this endpoint instead:

```lia-code-sample
GET
/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/{externalEventId}
```

If you want an endpoint from this API to get _all_ events, that is not a documented option. You can either search by the full externalEventId, or you can use a partial ID with the following search endpoint:

`GET /marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/search`

Have fun building! — Jaycee

Hi [@Jaycee\_Lewis](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127074)

Thanks for the reply!

Yes I am using above mentioned endpoints and initially I would like to get all Marketing events, but if it is not possible then still getting a single Marketing event would be useful. However again I am facing some problems.

Let’s make it simple and clear: I am able to create a single Marketing event using this endpoint \>\>

POST --\> '[https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/](https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/)

now I want to get this just created event, should I use this endpoint ? \>\>

GET --\> [https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/{ExternalId}](https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/marketing-events/events/)

if yes then where to find the value of {ExternalId}?

Thank you 🙂

Levon
