Marketing Email Review and Send - Warning: Can't be found

Sending out a marketing email to my customers that included two external urls to our company notion pages. When I went to send the marketing email I received a warning that the urls can’t be found. Does anyone know how to resolve this? The urls were working in preview.

could you please confirm what you mean by the URLs not found? Do they give a 404 error, or did they physically disappear from the email? Any chance you can share a screenshot of the error message you’re getting?

Hi @A_Walters,

Have you checked whether the Notion pages are still good? When you open the URLs now, do they bring up the page correctly? If they don’t, it wouldn’t be a HubSpot issue, but a Notion issue.

Can you please also share a screenshot of the exact warning?

Int he edit marketing email tool, I can successfully uplaod the video and preview/watch it in the editor, but when I send to myself to test and try to open the video in my own email, I keep getting this error.
