# Mark task incomplete

I want my team to have the ability to mark a task incomplete. This would show managers what tasks were assigned but not completed vs completed. Right now they’re either open or closed. If a rep doesn’t need a task they can delete it, but then I can’t see any of them on the reports. I need to see which ones aren’t being completed so I can adjust my processes and workflows.

Agree with this! In our case, we have recurring tasks each week and aren’t always able to get to them. I don’t want to delete my tasks because I want to be able to account for the work I wasn’t able to complete because I was tasked with other things.
