In my experience, you should be able to proceed here. When the HubSpot side is a single-line text field, HubSpot cannot check for any validation rules from the Salesforce side. I would assume that the address field in Salesforce has some sort of validation rules to it.
If there are any, you would have to make sure that addresses in HubSpot are maintained accordingly despite the single-line text field accepting pretty much everything, otherwise you might see errors in the sync. In that case, you would keep a close eye on them and review them here: Manage Salesforce integration API calls and sync errors
