Hello! We are working on our initial setup between Netsuite and Hubspot and we are having issues with multi-select fields. We use a few different fields in Netsuite that are multi-select, and so far we haven’t been able to directly translate that into Hubspot Company or Contact records. The solution for one of the fields was to translate the multi-select to a single-line option in Hubspot, but that’s not going to work for the other fields we need to map. This may also be an issue with other integrations and may not be Netsuite specific, as I assume other software platforms use multi-select fields.
Does anyone have a solution?
