We are currently using Mailchimp for our outbound marketing activities and have created a form which contains a radio button selection option for one of the fields (e.g. would you prefer option A, option B, or option C). When using Operations Hub to map the fields to sync with this form and audience, I can map all of the fields except for this particular field (on the Hubspot side it shows that “this field can’t be mapped” even though the equivalent field in Hubspot is set up as a radio button with the same options as the Mailchimp field. Any ideas?

Hi @JPon, mapping radio-select button fields, or any other type of field that has preset values (like dropdown fields) with similar field types, is not something our sync engine can do right now.
You might be able to sync these types of Mailchimp fields to HubSpot text fields, though, but I’m not able to confirm at this point.
The reason why Data Sync is currently incapable of doing so, is because of technical limitations on our side. Rest assured, it’s one of the top priorities for our Data Sync team to resolve.
